How to connect
- 1Open ChatGPT's Apps settings and turn on Developer mode. Read the risk notice ChatGPT shows there. If you don't see the option, ask your ChatGPT admin to enable it.
- 2Click Create app, next to the back button.
- 3Name it ConnectSIM and paste the connection URL above.
- 4Click Create.
- 5Enable the app from the chat composer, then ask ChatGPT to use ConnectSIM — for example, "find me an eSIM for two weeks in Japan".
Refreshing after we ship updates
Your assistant remembers what ConnectSIM could do the moment you connected it. When we add or change something, refresh the connection so it picks up the latest.
ChatGPT
- Open ChatGPT's app preferences and pick this app under Enabled apps.
- Next to Information, click Refresh.
- If the URL above has changed, paste the latest one.
- Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use it.
Claude
- Open the Connectors page and select this connector.
- Refresh or update the connector's tools.
- If the URL above has changed, paste the latest one.
- Ask Claude to use it.
Claude Code
- Start a new Claude Code session — it picks up the latest on connect.
- If the URL above has changed, run "claude mcp remove connectsim", then run the install command again.
- Ask Claude Code to use it.

- Open your assistant's MCP server or connector settings.
- Select the connection you created for this app.
- Refresh the tool list, reload the server, or reconnect it.
